Artwork Requirements
For best results, please upload the highest-quality version of your logo available. PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS files are preferred.
Not sure if your design will work for embroidery? No worries. We review your artwork before production and will contact you if any adjustments are needed.
Production Time
Production typically begins within 3–5 business days, depending on current cap availability and inventory.
If the selected cap is not currently in stock, additional processing time may be required. We will contact you if your order is expected to experience a significant delay.
Please Note
Embroidery appearance and final size may vary slightly depending on the complexity and proportions of your design. Some very small details or text may need to be adjusted to achieve the best embroidery quality.
For multiple caps, the same design is embroidered on all caps included in that quantity option unless otherwise arranged before ordering.
